Welcome to the forum.

Which version of Outlook are you using?
With which service packs?

Good Morning and Welcome,

To help the admin guys out and to save abit of time could you try 2 things for me....

Go to this website Outlook Troubleshooting Options - Zimbra :: Wiki

Under the heading Using Logging Control for Troubleshooting run that program located in the \Program files\common files\system\msmapi\1033 directory.

Also if Outlook is being rubbish it should create a core dump of the error both files should be in the same place for windows 7 I think the default location is

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp

Try them and if you can post the logs zipping may be best then that saves the admin guys here having to tell you this info.

Cheers

Simon
