connector/blackberry sync

I can't sync my adresbook and calendar with my blackberry bold 9000 in combination with the outlook connector 5.0.20_GA_3127_5.0.3
I don't get the advanced button ( greyed out ) .
If i use an older connector , 5.0.16_GA_2923_5.0.2992.16 i don't have a problem at all.
The same goes for a PC suite from nokia.
If i use the new connector, it's a no go.
The older one is no problem.
What can i do to make it work with the new one ?

If you're talking about cradle sync, this is bug 42277. After 5.0.18, changes to our connector caused an incompatibility with RIM's BDM. I am waiting for a fix from RIM, or at least some information. It is top priority -- as soon as I get the info, I will address it.

So for now, 5.0.18 is the latest connector that will work.

I assume you get the "No available message stores" error?

What error do you get from Nokia PC Suite?

How do I get the outlook connector 5.18 ?
I only hqve the nez 5.0.20

i now have the 6.06 connector and still the same problem.
i am looking for 5.0.18.

It should work in 6.0.6. Did you follow the directions in bug 42277, comment #49?

Yes, i followed the instructions.
But, it doesn't work for shared agenda's and shared contact's.
And that was the plan.
So i downgraded the ZCO to 5.06 ( i don't have 5.18 ). And now everything is working great.
