Hello, I'm trying to set up Sharing of Contacts and Calendars using Outlook, but no matter what I try to Share, it always says "failed to find Zimbra Global Address List in Address Book" when I click okay. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Sounds like you're running a really old version. What do you see in Outlook when you do: Tools->Address Book, then Tools->Options?

Maybe you need to Add the Global Address List to the search path.
