Language difference Zimbra and Outlook

I'm using Zimbra together with Outlook 2007 (part of Office 2007 suite, the Dutch version) via the Zimbra connector.

The complete Office 2007 is in Dutch, but the time and date settings are in English format. How can I change this?

What do you mean time and date settings? Can you show a screenshot?

the date/time format of every email/task is in UK standard layout (example Wed 9:51 PM) instead of Dutch layout (Wo 21:51).

I have Office Dutch version.
