Default ZCO items in Outlook missing
Freshly installed and patched Outlook 2003 SP 3 on XP
ZCS 6.0.4
ZCO 6.0.5797.4

Old ZCO uninstalled and profile deleted
New ZCO installed and new profile created

No ZCO items are showing in Outlook

I assume you did a sync (F9). Enable ZCO logging (via ZCOLogCtl) -- just logging and http logging and post the log.
