Default Local Failure Notice

I would like to start by saying that working with Zimbra and outlook 2007 has been a very bad experiance for me so far. I have been working with Zimbra for a week now and already i needed to create a new profile to be able to get mail without the need to close and reopen outlook.

Now I'm having a diffrent problem where the mail from "today" is gone and as soon as i open outlook i get an email from zimbra stating :

There is also a file attached called sync_response.xml

Can you enable ZCO logging, try it again, and send the log? Also, send the local failure message, with the attachment. I'd like to see sync_response.xml

I connected to Zimbra via the web interface. It worked ok. Started to delete messages from the inbox. after each delete i closed and reopened the outlook. finally, after deleting a specific message outlook started to work again.

When i moved the message back from the trash to the inbox outlook stopped working.

Seems that Zimbra has problems with some of the emails i get.

You can send the log in a private message. Don't do Send log to zimbra. Why do you have to close and reopen Outlook every time? What happens if you don't?

Also, perhaps you could send the offending message (the .msg file or the MIME). You can get the MIME by doing a Show Original.

1. I don't see that i can attach files in a private message.
2. If i don't close / open outlook i cant get new mail. Send recieve dows not do anything.
3. I can send the mail via private message once i understand also how to attach a file.

thanks
