Default 6.0.4 on windows 7 error

connector installs ok, outlook launches and i get the prompt for zimbra credentials, but when i hit save i get this error:

One or more changes you made could not be saved. The action could not be completed

i have uninstalled / reinstalled connector as well as outlook. we use this with several other people and it's fine, only this one users laptop seems to have issue.

any idea's on how to go about troubleshooting and getting this to work? not really a whole lot of search results on this issue for zimbra. I am at a loss right now as far as other things to try.

Try this:

Enable ZCO logging via ZCOLogCtl. Just enable logging and http logging. Then do the configure again, and post the log.

This log says you are using 6.0.2, not 6.0.4. Can you try with the latest 6.0.4? Also, do you have Outlook 2003 SP3? If not, you need that, if you are running Outlook 2003, which you are.

When you configure, on the Connection Settings tab, it looks like you have chosen "No Proxy". What happens if you try "Use IE Proxy Settings"?

sadly, same result no matter the proxy. still can't save changes. fiddled around with other options as well, nothing seems to get it to work.

You say it's only this one user's laptop. Perhaps there are some weird Outlook addins on this system? Sometimes they can cause us grief.
