You say you have 3 users with the same problem. How many total users do you have?
If it's only 3 out of a bunch, then I think there is some Outlook addin or some configuration of these machines that is causing problems for the connector. I'm not sure what I can do except to ask you to see if you could tell what is different about these 3 computers. Perhaps a sysinfo.
And are you sure that if these users ran ZCO 5.0.16, they wouldn't get the same issue? You should be able to run ZCO 5.0.16 against a 6.0 server. Maybe that's worth a try, even though I realize that CEOs aren't especially big on uninstalling and reinstalling connectors. I can get you that connector if you need it.
