Default [SOLVED] Getting mail to outlook

Hi

I'm working with Zimbra and outlook 2007 with the connector.
The only way for me to get new mail is to exit outlook and reopen it.
Clicking on "send/recieve" mail doesnot work.

any ideas?

You haven't given much information for anyone to help you. How about starting with the axact Zimbra version & release plus the Outlook connector version. Please update your forum profile with the output of the following (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v
Have you actually connected to your Zimbra server with a zimbra profile in Outlook? Have you installed the Connector correctly? Have a look at these articles:

If it's all installed correctly then try the Troubleshooting options and attach a log file to this thread.

I have updated my profile as suggested.
The outlook connector version is :

Client : 6.0.5797.4
Server : 6.0.4_GA_2038

I have noticed this problem with 6.0.4 connector on two different users now.
Zimbra connector send and receive is just looping and do not receive new emails. Have to close outlook and open it again to make it work again.

Well, posting a 'me too' doesn't really help any troubleshooting efforts. How about the questions in my post above and following the articles I mentioned?

Creating a new profile is not a solution and i don't really want to setup from scratch what i setup till now in outlook.

If i delete the zdb files than everything i have now is lost (tried to rename them).

Tried repairing the msi install and now outlook doesn't download mail at all. Not even when i close and open it.

Creating a new profile solved the problem.
We are using Zimbra for less than a week (several acocunt for testing) and I'm wondering what will happen when hundreds of employees start using it and we will need to create new profiles for them all the time.
