Error Message (Error_Report.xml File)

I got this message. What does it mean ? How can I solve the Problem. I searched the Forum and googled. I didn't find an answer. Parsing usually comes when using special characters, right? Thank you for any help

It looks like this is an error from the Outlook connector, so I am moving this thread over to that forum where it belongs.

As for your error, it looks like it ran into a message it couldn't parse for some reason.

I still get errors, i have collected the logs of 3 of those messages and put them in a zip file. I would be really thankful if someone could take a look at this. I just really don't see the problem when examining these files....

The log that you posted has nothing to do with the original error. The log looks like it is a contact sync request.

Your error that you originally posted deals with an AddMsgRequest, possibly a calendar item?

Somebody who knows about the Outlook connector would need to look into this.

Agree with the last post. What are you trying to do? Are you sending from Outlook or syncing to Outlook? Enclose the actual local failure message you get as well.

Hi all,

First of all I wish everyone a Happy New Year!!

I was on vacation and haven't replied in a while. I'm sorry about this, but when I'm on vacation I try to distant myself from all computers

I have attached the logfiles with the failure notice. I see that these are 2 different sync errors. The users use Outlook 2007 and connect to Zimbra Version 6.0.2. They sync from Outlook to Zimbra and primarily work with Outlook (I'd of course prefer the Web Interface..... ) Thank you guys in advance already.

Looks like the server is getting an error trying to parse a message in the Sent Items folder being synced from Outlook. If I had a ZCO log, I could probably tell which message it is. Then, perhaps you could delete it, and this would go away.

ZCO logfiles? Whiche logfiles do you exactly mean? I added sync.log and mailbox.log hope these are the right files. I'll try and find the message in the outbox.

should be how to get zco logs etc....
