Default [SOLVED] Unable to setup Zimbra in Outlook

I'm running into an issue when I try to setup the Zimbra account in Outlook, as soon as I fill out everything on the "Zimbra Server Configuration Settings" and click on Ok or Apply I get the following error:

---------------------------
RUNDLL
---------------------------
An exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL "D:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1\Office12\MLCFG32.CPL""

---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

This is a Windows 2003 Server that is running in a Terminal Server environment, other users that use this sever do not have this issue, it seems to be only effecting one user. I have tried the following with no success:

Creating a new profile in Outlook.
Rebuilding the particular user Windows profile.
Renaming the mapi32.dll and running fixmapi.exe.
Uninstall and reinstall Office/Outlook 2007.
Gave the user full administrator rights to the machine.
Reinstall ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.20_GA_3127_5.0.3191.20.msi

Zimbra Server is running 5.0.10

Does anyone have any suggestions on something else I can try?

A couple of things:

We don't really support running newer connectors with old servers. You're running ZCO 5.0.20 with a 5.0.10 server, so that's not really a supported configuration. You should update your server to 5.0.20.

That being said, I still don't like crashes. There should be a core file (.dmp) in %TEMP%\zco-cores. You can post that and I can take a look.

Does your Outlook 2007 have all the latest patches (late service pack)?

Looks like it works fine now after updating the server to 5.0.20.
