Unable to send mails through outlook 2007

HI All

I have installed zCS-6.0.0 on ubuntu desktop operating system, with bind9 as DNS.

I have configured Microsoft Outlook 2007 with zimbra mail server
and I can receive mails from server, but I cannot able to send a mail to users/outside network.

when I see the logs it is showing as :
