Default [SOLVED] launch Outlook after initial ZCO installation

Dear All,

when finish initial installation of ZCO, it can sync whole email/contacts to local Outlook. But if we close Outlook and launch it again, it will give us an error : Can Not Open the default Mail folder?
(something like that, cause we're using Chinese version here)

and then no matter uninstall or reinstall ZCO again, there's no way to setup ZCO correctly anymore.

anyone encounter same issue ?

We're running : outloook 2003 + ZCS 5.0.20 NE edition.

Thanks.

Is the data file path in the Mail control panel correct?

I've done something similar to myself by installing ZCO and configuring the profile under RunAs or a packaging system, which put the user's .zdb in the system administrator account's %APPDATA%. Subsequent runs of outlook as a limited user don't have privileges to access it.

Bug 42629? Do you have SP3 for Outlook 2003? Starting at 5.0.19, you need it.
