There is a good possibility that you hit bug 42295. Usually, you get a debug assert from Outlook. But -- do you have any entries in your GAL that have extremely long addresses (either home, business, or other)? These would be longer than 512 characters.

This bug has been fixed in 6.0.3.

What does "same here" mean? What is your issue? If you have contacts with addresses larger than 512 characters in your GAL, then the way to resolve the issue is to remove them, or wait until 6.0.4 comes out.

From your log, it just looks like you can't connect because you can't logon. Are your credentials correct?

I still think there's an issue with this profile -- the logs say you can't authenticate. Something is not configured properly. Maybe try a new profile? You also can look in the mailbox.log on the server at the same time to see if there is an issue there.
