1. No, I did an upgrade from 5.13. Why don't you have a section with all the ZCO for easy download? I finally found 5.18 by downloading the 5.18 server (500MB+) install and extracting many files. This should not be necessary.
2. No, I haven't tried that. I can try it in the weekend.

It was not me who filed the case.

Strangely enough, ZOC 5.13 which our customers have installed from the old installation seem to work just fine!? We cant ask them to upgrade to 6.02 before we are certain that they wont have the same problem as our company now has.

Not being an arse or anything but they do have a section where you can download all the ZCO's took me about 30 seconds to find.

Zimbra - Products: Previous Network Edition Downloads

Hope that helps

The only problem is that this is not the download for Zimbra Connector for Outlook. It is 500MB Network Editions server installs. You first have to download these huge files extract them, which reveals rpm or deb files that need to be extracted again. Then search begin.
