Default Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

I have a user with the latest outlook connector. They are trying to send a message with a few small word attachments to one user within their domain and one user outside. Anti/virus has been disabled on the machine. The items do not show up in the sent items folder and this message is received back:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: message subject
Sent: 6/16/2006 10:38 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'kkkk@kkkkkkk.com' on 6/16/2006 10:39 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

It will list one or both email boxes. The recipients do not receive them.

If I send myself a message w/a word attachment, it goes through fine. There are also random problems with delivery to other users on the same domain, with or without attachments.

Some messages are returned, only the above bounce message reflects user@the service providers domain. (i.e. instead of user@company.com, it's user@isp.com)

I am not having much luck in resolving this from our provider. The client is nearing the end of their patience with zimbra.

Can anyone suggest somewhere to look for answers?

thank you

Are you use the ISP to relay mail? What does the Postfix log say? /var/log/zimbra.log
