No Zimbra menus with Outlook '03 w/ ZCO 6.0.5691.1

I am unable to get the Zimbra Connector options to show up in Outlook 2003 after a fresh install of ZCO 6.0.5691.1. I tried the reg hack from another forum post (see below), but got the following errors the first time I ran Outlook after the hack:

Subsequent runs of Outlook do not produce the error, but I do see the Zimbra connector items on the menu.

Here are the reg cmds I ran:

regsvr32 /u /s SharingAddin.dll
regsvr32 /u /s ShutdownAddin.dll
regsvr32 /s LSMSSP32.dll

I know about the current bugzilla report, but it only addresses Outlook 2007 SP2: Bug 40876 – ZCO v6 fails to register DLLs. All ZCO menu items are missing

Is anyone else out there having the same problem with Outlook 2003?
