Outlook 2007 with ZCO + Dynamics CRM crash

Hi,
We have many clients using Outlook 2007 with ZCO and the dynamics crm. Haven't had any problems with this before now with one user. After dynamics crm installation Outlook displays an error on startup about that it can't open the .zdb file.

I have tried to delete the .zdb file,profile,reinstalled connector, reinstalled dynamics crm. The problem occures as soon that dynamics crm addin is installed, and the .zdb file works fine if I uninstall dynamics crm addin.

I'm attaching a crash dump if that helps.

Will it fix the crash also? I know about the fixed bug, but that didn't cause any crash.

Possibly, possibly not, but it's worth a try. It's hard to tell if it's related -- it happens trying to set ACL rights on a folder, but I think the folder name is garbage. A zco log might help.

Does this only happen to this user if the CRM addin is installed?

Anyway -- you should try it out and let us know.

I attached a zco log in my first post. The wierd thing is that we have a lot of users having the CRM addin in outlook with zimbra and it's working fine except for the folder name bug. This is the first user we have had this crash problem with. If I uninstall crm addin on the affeceted user outlook can open the .zdb without problems.

Well - I don't see any zco log file -- your first post just had the .dmp. So I'm not sure if it would fix the crash or not. This user who crashes has no other zco issues except that addin?
