    Default Messages with large attachments blocked in Outlook

    Hi- I am having an issue where a user can receive mail with large attachments in the web client, but when they get their mail through Outlook it blocks the messages with any large attachments. The attachments aren't even that big, like 1 mb or so. Currently this is only happening to one user so I'm sure it is a client side thing, but after searching for awhile I've no idea what it could be. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? Thanks,

    Default same bug (unable to send/receive mail with large attachement=

    Helllo,

    one of my user is just experiencing the same bug.

    With outlook he receive the email without 'large' attachement (about 1MB) but the attachement are available on the the web mail. However he receives mails with small attachement on outlook.

    When sending email with 'large' attachement he got a similar pb. Mails with 30kB files are send, but mails with 300kB attachement are not send at all. (mails come back with the following error : "Livraison impossible" ie "Delivery impossible / failure" ... please send again the email"

    He is the only user, as far as I know, and the bug appeared apparently today (without any known modification in the client/server configuration)

    We upgraded ZCO from 5.0 to 6.4 (but the upgrade had no effect on the bug) and his configuration is outlook2003, vista pro, zimbra 6.04

    Any clue?

    full log were send to fsiegel,

    however the pb was unclear; finally my user upgrade its desktop from vista to seven and re-installed outlook and ZCO... everything is fine now.

    The bug might be due to reason external to ZCO (but again not sure)
