ZCO+Outlook2003+XP = Outlook crash

I am trying to switch from the open source to Enterprise so the users can use Outlook. Some work just fine, but others work the first time after installing the connector and after that it crashes outlook 2003 after it starts.

Spec's:
Version 5.0.14 on Ubuntu 64
Domain is still controlled by their old Server 2000
mapi32.dll version 1.0.2536.0

Tests so far;
delete and reinstall ZCO and Outlook
Delete Outlook, rename mapi32.dll, reinstalled

If there's a crash, there should be a core dump in %TEMP%\zco-cores. If it's there, and it's not too huge, post it and we can take a look.

Looks like I may have fixed this by upgrading to 5.0.18, installing all Outlook updates, and stopping Avast form scanning Outlook
