Sync Palm Z22

Hi,

I'm new to Zimbra and one of our users has a palm that he syncs with Outlook. I installed the Zimbra Connector for Outlook which seem to work fine. The information from Zimbra went down to Outlook with no problem. The user then tried to sync his palm and no new info came down to his palm. He has been syncing this palm with outlook on the same computer for about a year. Why would it not work just because we installed Zimbra? Can anyone help

no idea. if you have log files from the Palm sync, I can take a look and see if I see anything. Maybe a "before Zimbra" and "after Zimbra" comparison of the log files would help.
