ZCO + Outlook 2003 = HIGH CPU LOAD

I have a problem with an workstation.
When the ZCO is installed and configured it causes the outlook.exe process to claim frequently 80-90% cpu load.
The duration of the load is for about 5 seconds, but everytime it let the computer hangs. It is reoccuring every 5 seconds.

if you dont use the ZCO but only with imap then it work without problems.

Client: windows XP with office 2003
We connect to a :
Zimbra Server version 5.0.18_GA_3009
ZCO version 5.0.3064.18

Does anyone knows this issue and maybe how to solve this?

I also have such problems.. Zimbra 6.0.0 GA, Outlook 2007 with XP professional...

When I do e.g. searches or delete 20 mails at one time, then outlook uses 99% CPU all the time. If I close outlook then, it corrupts the ZDB.. after restart of outlook, it seems to repair the ZDB (cpu high), but never comes to an end..

The only thing that helps is deleting the ZDB file and resync.

For me, it seems to happen only when opening a second mailbox..

We done some perf improvements. Try a later connector (like 6.0.2), and see if you still have problems. If you do, post a log file, or attach to the process and post a .dmp file.

One improvement for shared mailboxes would be the fix to bug 40035. See if this one might be relevant. That one would be in 6.0.3.
