Sync and Archive Outlook emails?

Hi,

Just want to check if Zimbra network edition is able to sync with Outlook, including send box (to meet user requirement) as well as archiving (tracking and audition purposes) all user emails even if users delete them (to meet company requirement as well as government requirement to keep all emails up to 7 years). The archived emails should be searchable without having to restore.

If these are not supported out of the box, please recommend 3rd party add on, as we are seriously considering implementing zimbra for our group of companies.

Yes, Outlook can place messages into the sent items folder.

To archive and prevent users from deleting, take a look at Zimbra Archive and Discovery.
