Some issues about personalities

What's the point of the tab "Personalities" in Outlook configuration in they don't show up at the time of sending a mail?
The only way I found is to show the "From" field and fill manually every time the account I would like to send as.

Sending as a distribution list works fine in web access but is broken in Outlook:
I instantly get back a bounce:

Errore: Impossibile inviare il messaggio.
Oggetto: asd
A: zimbra02@gruppoapra.it


Nota - Errore SOAP. Crea di nuovo il messaggio e reinvialo. Seguono i dettagli:
