Default Post System Restore: Some outlook clients not syncing

I had to do a major system restore, which involved a full OS rebuild, and then restore from nightly backups for email. For some reason around 20% of my outlook users aren't receiving any new email when they do a send/receive. All of their mail is showing up in the web client, just not in Outlook. There are no error messages on the Outlook side either.

Deleting the .zdb file doesn't fix it, but deleting the account in Outlook and then recreating it does. Unfortunately some of my users with *very* large mailboxes are overseas, so this isn't an acceptable workaround for them.

Any thoughts?

Can you post a log (or part of a log) for one user that is not working?

Here is the partial log for one user. It looks like Outlook is expecting different stores than what is there... Other than my above workaround, is there an easy way to fix this?

I'm going to need more than this. These are just props that are not found -- we always get a ton of these. I need a significant part of a log for a user that isn't syncing correctly. Specifically, I need the SyncRequest, SyncResponse, so Http logging must be enabled in the ZCO logger.
