[SOLVED] Server Failure Notices -- about a hundred of them

I've got a user who's getting a lot of these all of the sudden. Here are some of the xml attachments:

After some investigation it appears these were due to exactly what is written in the .xml files: the user's account had exceeded quota.

It seems to me that instead of throwing a somewhat cryptic server failure via ZCO, there ought to be a more user-friendly notice generated in this particular case.
