Default Unable to delete shared messages in Outlook

Hello,

We have a user that has their own mailbox in Outlook 2003. Everything works fine for her to do her email normally. She also works with a shared mailbox (that is for another user). So, her Outlook shows her Zimbra mailbox as well as another person's Zimbra mailbox. She administers both accounts (and has Administrator rights to the shared mailbox).

The problem that we have is that for the shared account, she can read and move messages, but when she tries to delete messages, Outlook crashes with the error message below.

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.8169.0 AppStamp:465f28e3
ModName: lslib32.dll ModVer: 5.0.2706.9 ModStamp:4899ea79
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0019c174

I have included lots of details related to the system and Zimbra configuration. I hope this helps to trace the problem.

Zimbra Connector version: 5.0.2706.9

Zimbra Server version: 5.0.9_GA_2500

My zimbra logs are still 1Mb+ zipped. So, if you need those please advise how I can get the FTP information discussed in other threads.

Can anybody suggest what the problem might be?

I may have figured this one out. If you click on the Delete "X" or try to drag messages to your own Trash then you get the error. For shared folders, if you want to delete one of their messages, you must drag it into the shared folders "Trash".

You're using a very old connector (5.0.9). I think we had a bug in this area a long time ago. There should be a crash dump under %TEMP%\zco-cores. You can post that. But the best thing would be to upgrade the connector 9and server) to a later version.
