Does Zimbra 5.16 support this feature ? how can i enable it if its support ?

No we don't -- it is slated for a later release. See bug 11497. A workaround is to share Task folders.

Well -- it's currently slated for a later time frame, but if you vote for it and voice your concerns, we can try to get it in earlier. I know this has been asked for for a long time. I will push it up. This is a pretty big enhancement.
