Outlook Crashing

I've installed the Outlook Connector and whenever I go into the Zimbra profile Outlook crashes and asks to restart or go into recovery mode.
This PC has Outlook 2007 installed with the Zimbra Connector for Outlook 5.0.2931.15

I've enabled logging and have attached the log to this post.
If anyone has any thoughts or ideas as to what is causing this issue I would really appreciate it.

Something looks pretty weird -- seeing a MAPI_E_BAD_CHARWIDTH error. If this was a crash, then the best thing to do is to look in %TEMP%\zco-cores and see if there is a an associated core dump. Then post that to this thread.
