One of my users is unable to open shared mailboxes. When attempting to do so he gets an error message stating that the GAL is not available.
However I am able to search through the GAL just fine when creating email messages etc.
we are using 5.0.13 Outlook connector.
So far I have tried updating the GAL in send/receive and reinstalling the connector, neither of which solved the problem.
I have had this problem once before, I had to recreate the user's profile and resync. Since this user has a very large mailbox, and resynching would take a very long time I would rather prevent having to do this.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
