unable to open shared mailbox One of my users is unable to open shared mailboxes. When attempting to do so he gets an error message stating that the GAL is not available.
However I am able to search through the GAL just fine when creating email messages etc.
we are using 5.0.13 Outlook connector.
So far I have tried updating the GAL in send/receive and reinstalling the connector, neither of which solved the problem.
I have had this problem once before, I had to recreate the user's profile and resync. Since this user has a very large mailbox, and resynching would take a very long time I would rather prevent having to do this.
Does anyone have any suggestions ? |
