Contacts properties changed by Connector

Hi all,
Since our company adopted Zimbra, many people reported me that my e-mails arrive with unformatted text and with a attached file named "winmail.dat".
Those people are using Gmail, Yahoo mail, etc.
I've noticed that my entire contacts list in Outlook, have been changed by Zimbra from "let outlook decide the best format" to "send in RTF".
Now for this to work properly, I have to change all the contacts to "let outlook decide the best format". I have almost 1000!
How can I do it at once?
