Problem sharing calender at outlook

Hi..
I have problem microsoft outlook error ( don't send ) when 1 choose menu sharing calender at outlook, 1 was installed microsoft outlook 2003 SP 3 and microsoft outlook 2007 SP 1 but still problem.
Please help.. what's problem about my outlook

Looks like Outlook crashed. There should be a core dump in %TEMP%\zco-cores. Find the appropriate dump (based on the time this happened) and post it here.
