BB desktop synch

Neophyte here, may be in wrong forum, if so would appreciate a redirect to appropriate one if possible.

I am trying to synch via blackberry desktop manager my zimbra server based calendar.
I have tried following the wiki directions for blackberry cradle synch that is posted on the wiki and docs page but I cannot see a Zimbra profile when I select microsoft outlook, and click options.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Did you ever set up a Zimbra profile with the Zimbra Outlook connector? What steps have you done thus far?

I have a Zimbra profile on our zimbra server but I will check with our Sys Admin if he has the Outlook connector set up. I assume this is something he would do.
