Default System folders shown in Outlook 2003

Hello,

is there any way how to localize system folder names (inbox, sent items, deleted items ....) that are shown in Outlook 2003? Via web interface there is no problem - all system folders are translated properly after languauge change. But when we use localized Outlook 2003 with ZCO we can see the system folders in English and we didn't find any way how to rename them (ie outlook.exe /resetfoldernames).

Many thanks.

What version of the Zimbra Outlook connector are you running? We've had localization in ZCO for years. If you're running a non-English version (or even the MUI packs), these should all come up in the preferred language.

Default Localization

Here are the 10 foreign languages the Zimbra Connector for Outlook currently supports:

Japanese, Chinese, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish

The localization infrastructure is in place, so to add Czech, we just need to add the translations. The translations are handled by a Yahoo! localization team. The Outlook connector would just need a very minor change to support it.

If you want this, you should contact support, or your normal Zimbra channels, and see what you can do about getting your languages included.

Good luck
