Zimbra profile not creating

I'm setting up a new machine for a user. Something went wrong with the initial setup of her Outlook, so I've been trying to reinstall ZCO. However, it installs, but I get the message that the Outlook Zimbra profile cannot be created successfully. I've tried using the ZCO 5.0.3 and 5.0.12 but nothing's working so far.

Help! I've got to get this going ASAP.

I think I got it. Outlook was coming up with its' own startup page. I chose to setup with a 3rd party server and Zimbra was listed there. I chose it, filled in the server and user data, restarted Outlook, and it's off and running.

Sometimes after installing ZCO, Outlook pops up the window to enter the server data. It just wasn't doing that this time.
