Yes, we have a shared tasks folder, but the functionality is limited compared to Exchange. For example, if a task is created and assigned to John Doe. And John Doe then receives the task and wishes to delegate and assign it to Jane Doe, he does not have the ability to "Forward" the task. When doing to, a dialog box indicates that this feature is not supported.
