The user has Outlook Pro 2003 and the latest Outlook connector (ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.13_GA_2790_5.0.2893.13.msi).
When creating a new meeting and adding attendees their free/busy schedule is blanked out. If this user goes to web mail they can view free/busy for others etc. I have reinstalled connector and did a repair within outlook.
I had a similar problem which I ultimately traced to the fact that I also had Communigate's MAPI connector installed, even though it was for a different Outlook Profile.
I fixed the issue by doing a complete uninstall of Outlook (deleting the local and application data, profiles etc.) and Zimbra connector. This seems to have done the trick.
I'm appending to this in case anyone searches... I came to find out that the user added Hotmail Outlook connector add-on which stopped the free/busy calendar. Should I file this as a bug?
