We've got a "public folders" email address, with shared folders inside. I just shared one of the folders with 5 more people. All have manager rights to the shared folder. For two of the users, I was able to go into their Outlook (one 2000, one 2003) and "Open other user's folder". However, on 2 other users, (both 2003) the "Open other user's folder" is grayed out. Haven't tried the fifth user yet.
Any suggestions? Why would that option be grayed out on some that it's unusable? I'd like to be able to open the shared folder in their Outlook.
