Default Local Delivery Failure Messages

We are receiving excessive Local Failure Delivery error messages. This started since our initial migration to Zimbra from Exchange 2 weeks ago. Its an initial sync error, and users are also having problems with their Outlook tasks/calendars automatically syncing correctly. Many times, changes are made to calendar items and it doesn't show up for other users.

Often these error e-mails appear right after a pop up dialog warning that a particular task/calendar event will not be displayed because it is not in my calendar. It then asks if this is okay. When No is clicked, a local delivery error is genreated.

We have enabled logging. Below are some details. Please advise.
