Default Error installing Outlook connector

We just upgraded our trial edition to the Network 3.1.0 edition, and I'm trying to install the outlook connector (well, upgrade the connector from the 3.0.1 connector).

The outlook connector version I'm trying to install is: 3.1.0_GA_327_3.0.866

The error I get is:

"The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: c:\Config.msi. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."

I'm local admin on this box (I installed the previous version of the connector on here). I did not uninstall the previous version of the connector before installing the new one.

Any suggestions?

Oh well. I created the directory and it completed the install.

Ughh. I'll try and see if it happens again in my other installs in our test systems.

Thanks.
