reply-to when replying to messages from a shared folder

Lets say I want to have a shared account called help@domain. It will have its own Inbox. I share the inbox and sent folder to 2 users.

If user1 reply's from the shared Inbox the From will help@domain, but the reply-to will be user1. How do make the reply-to be help@domain in outlook? There is a Direct Reply's to option, but setting the address there seems to do nothing.

Am I doing something crazy? Am I missing something? I can do this with persona's in the web interface, but outlook personas don't seem to work in the shared folder enviornment.
