Yeah -- this is the same problem.

As far as the Errors To Inbox, there was a bug where from 5.0.14 through 5.0.18 where that feature got broken. It's fixed in 5.0.19 (bug 39730). If you really want to turn it off with the version you have, you can go into regedit. First look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zimbra\turnOffInboxFail ures. If it's there, set it to 1. If not, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\turnOffInboxFail ures and set that to 1.

As for reproducing the server failure, you just rebuilt his profile, a now he's getting the error? I only got the error once, but I know people are getting it every time. I assume he's got a bunch of contacts set up?

Anything other interesting steps you did, or was it just rebuilding the profile, and having him initial sync?

Thanks

Typo. I meant:

If not, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\turnOffInboxFai lures and set that to 1.

Yes, I do have LinkedIn Addin installed, but I am not sure how I can help to test it, as I have reinstall my OS (changed from XP to Windows 7) and Outlook, and I didn't get this error since, even with LinkedIn Addin enabled.

Hi,

we are experiencing this problem again after a new installation (re-installation after a crash).

The last time we solved with solution number 2), but tis time it doesn't work.
I don't understand what you mean with "Then unchecking the View->Errors to Inbox menu item". Where is this menu item? Which application?

Thank you in advance

So, we tried to remove and add again users in the BES Manager and it works for the moment.

I have no idea what the last comment means. What does this have to do with BES? If you're using the BES connector, you're not going to have these menu items. I think the last couple of comments are in the wrong thread.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that in this moment I _have_ to use ZCS connector version 5.0.2683.13

So, this what happened:

- we had to move zdb files to a storage, because of lack of space on the disk
- a workmate provided the operations to move zdb files and reconfigured Outlook
- BBs stops to sync and Outlook crashed
- we uninstalled the connector, outlook, bes manager and mapi libs, then installed them again
- we had set HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\turnOffInboxFail to 1, but users still received mails with "Server Failure Notice" subject
- we tried to remove user from BES Manager and then readd them and the problem disappeared.

Sorry if I have mistaken the thread!
