Reconnecting a Zimbra.zdb file to Outlook

After removing a Zimbra email account through Outlook's Account Settings dialog, how can Outlook regain access to the contents of the Zimbra.zdb file?

the zdb file will most likely be named zimbra.zdb unless you named the mail profile something different
