[SOLVED] Error when trying to change email address

Hi, I need to change the email address in the Zimbra Outlook Connector account, but I get error "Invalid Account GUI. Reconfiguration failed" when I try to change it. I cannot add an account (error about duplicate account types). I cannot delete the account unless I create a new personal folders Data File but then can't change back to Zimbra Delegation Server due to error code 0x80040011c. Bah!

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help as it remembers everything. Double bah!

I was able to finally get the email address changed somehow. What a hassle for what should be a simple change.

For the benefit of other people that stumble over this thread, how about posting the details of what you did to fix it? If it was a problem then perhaps you should also file a bug report.
