 Cannot Import Large Emails
We recently moved to Zimbra and are now in the process of migrating users PST files.
During the migration of users data we keep coming across a persistent problem were we cannot import e-mails that are larger than 10mb.
We have changed the global settings to accept 30mb attachments, but we still receive an error message when we try to manually move these files across;
Can't move the items. The server responded: 'TOO BIG] request too long'.
Has anyone come across this problem and found a fix?
We have looked at modifying the registry settings of Zimbra on users desktops but this still has not resolved the issue. |
