[SOLVED] Outlook can't download GAL

I've got 5.0.11_GA_2695 server and 5.0.2817.11 ZCO. When Outlook attempts to sync the GAL, I see get a failure and see this message in the "Zimbra Send/Receive Progress" window:

"Server returned soap fault"

In the logs, these lines seem to show the problem:

I've removed and readded the ZCO a few times and removed the anti-virus software but that hasn't worked. Everything else is working fine - email arrives and syncs and 2 way calendar sync is working.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Was missing the config options zimbraFeatureGalSyncEnabled for the COS and some random accounts. Fixed by running:

zmprov mc default zimbraFeatureGalSyncEnabled TRUE

zmprov ma <address@domain.com> zimbraFeatureGalSyncEnabled TRUE
