 Code Page Errors
Once of our users, using Outlook 2003 with the connector and using word as his email editor, has a habit of using the ellipsis character alot. Word cheerfully changes this to the character 133 of the Windows-1252 code page. However, the MIME header is:
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
so there are unprintables. The user is in love with Word as an email editor. Is this code page error a connector bug or an Outlook bug? |
