Default Can't uninstall ZCS connector 5.10

we pushed out the 5.10 version of the connector through active directory to a small group of users. one of them started having problems with outlook, and now i'm unable to uninstall the connector. i've removed it through the add/remove programs list, removed all .zdb files and dat files and removed all "zimbra" listings in the registry.

when i try to reinstall any version of the connector it tells me either there's a newer version already installed or an older version could not be removed (depending on which version of the connector i try to install).

can someone tell me how to get 5.10 completely out of there?

Default

I'm seeing the same thing. 5.0.10 is very buggy for us here. I have removed it restarted and try to re-install 5.0.10 and it says and older version is installed and the connector will be upgraded.

Default problem solved

i went back through the registry and found a couple of entries i missed before. once those were removed, i installed 5.0.9 and everything's working.
