Some details of your Zimbra version and Outlook Connector version would help, please update your forum profile with the output of the following command:

Code:
zmcontrol -v

I am receiving the same errors. Attached are the two log files captured by the ZCO logging utility. I am also attaching a sysinfo text file. I have to constantly shutdown Outlook and start it back up then the error happens again after about 10 minutes.
Attached Files
File Type: zip zco.log-20081121T164752.389-OUTLOOK.EXE-3548.zip (375.1 KB, 16 views)

File Type: zip sysinfo.zip (319.1 KB, 9 views)

ZCO log has this:

Zimbra::Sync::Synchronizer::PullServerChanges: Response is soap error exception (account.ACCOUNT_INACTIVE).

One of the stores (Michael Miller) seems to be an inactive account.

Also, you might try getting rid of the desktop search stuff (search protocol) and see if that helps
