Default Error opening shared calendar

My user is using:
Outlook 2007
ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.10_GA_2654_5.0.2781.10.msi

When clicking File...
open
other users folder
choosing the user who shared the calendar
clicking calendar
click OK

The error is "Cannot display the folder".

I have attached the ZCO log file created with logging turned on. Any suggestions would be great.
Attached Files
File Type: zip zco-20081024T101320.258-OUTLOOK.EXE-3480.zip (182.9 KB, 14 views)

That is the process I go throught to get the error in the first place. If I try inbox or calendar it results in the same error.

Just checking -- sometimes File->Open Other User's Mailbox works when File->Open Other User's Folder does not.

Can you check to see if our Sharing Addin is really loaded?

In Outlook: Tools->Trust Center
Click Addins (on left)
At bottom it says Manage. Make sure COM Add-ins is in dropdown. Go...
See if Zimbra Sharing Addin is checked

You can also try to unregister and register it:

At a command prompt, go to where the addin is (probably Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<LCID>). For English <LCID is 1033>
Then do:

regsvr32 /u /s SharingAddin.dll
regsvr32 /s SharingAddin.dll

"sometimes File->Open Other User's Mailbox works when File->Open Other User's Folder does not."

Thanks, that worked for me to try "Open other user's mailbox" (Outlook 2003). Is it known WHY one works sometimes and the other works the other times? I have found it perplexing in my testing and in trying to answer user questions, and haven't found a systematic way to reproduce it yet.

File->Open Other User's Folder is really an Exchange thing. We don't really control that code. Also, sometimes, it gets mysteriously greyed out for no apparent reason.

In any case, either command gives you the whole mailbox. We don't have a way yet in Outlook just to open one folder, so Open Other User's Folder is misleading. We're thinking of getting rid of it altogether. You should use Open->Other User's Mailbox.

Note that in version 6.0, we will detect shares from the server, and there will also be a dialog box where you can mount and unmount shares (bug 30465).
